Nylon around the logo

My nylon around my M logo doesn't sit flush so some part sticks out and starting to get fuzzy. If it gets really bad do you guys think it'll be covered by the warranty?

If you are the least bit concerned, and if it is possible, go to where you got it and have them look at it.

I decided to go to the Verizon store tomorrow and just talk to see if they can do anything about. I hope they can...if not I guess I'll just go back to my blackberry :(

Bit extreme I know, but if I'm giving up my unlimited the phone better be perfect lulz

Yes, my nylon is perfectly flush with the logo. I'd take it back and show them (which sounds like you've already decided to do!)

In the immortal words of Yoda, "No IF Do, Will Do"..... See nothing, tell them what they will be doing and that is opening up a new box, inspecting the phone, handing it to you for inspection and once confirmed - swapping phones.

Verizon will take care of you on this, I'm pretty confident of it. Just go in there with a good attitude and a respectful but firm stance that this needs to be resolved. Also, make sure you've backed up all your contacts, photos, music, etc and be "prepared" to trade it in on the spot as they'll take the phone and immediately do a factory reset before they send it back to the manufacturer. If Verizon won't help you I'm sure you can get a warranty replacement via Motorola. Good luck & let us know how you make out. [emoji106]

Thank you! I'll update you guys on what happens :)

As cr6 intimates, Always respectful and reasonable BUT exuding an air of confidence nevers hurts. Confident without being arrogant is an art but, it ain't tough art like those picture contests on the back of of matchbook covers.
