oc help for a fission newb

i need to know all the precautions of oc'in on this rom. like how do i do it i hear that if you boot at oc it causes problem cause when i flashed the rom i loaded a oc kernal and force close city so i dont want to eccounter it this time hopefully someone can please help me.

what steps are needed to do it?
what settings do i need it tweak?
is it safe to oc at boot on this version if so how do i choose when to oc at boot or is there a script to temp oc until next reboot.

i thought it was built into the rom like squidly or apex or rubix. I use setcpu latest one from the market. do i need a seperate app for it to work on the fission if so what settings do i need to get oc working without causing problems.

the rom listing did say

nm this version is more compatible than the last one worked like a charm. i guess my d2 didnt like the last version but this one is good to go.
