Occupation specific Apps

I'm doing some research for my blog. I'm looking for apps that help you be productive for your specific occupation or activity. Whether you are a home maker/mom or a nuclear physicist what app helps you do your job better. It can be a free app or a commercial paid app.

Please explain in some detail how you use your specific app.

Thanks in advance :icon_ banana:

I use the music player to play children's songs while I drive the free candy van... ;)

Just kidding.

I use Netflix and N64oid to kill time during slow times at work. I am in sales...

sent from my ApeX

I acually use my phone more than one would think for my job...I take pics of any damage to the bikes when they come in to CMA,I also use it to store fuelpak/power comander settings ...just watiing on an app now that will let me talk to the bikes computer now.

I would like to see some good Military Apps, geared towards training. Rifle markmanship tips, stuff like that.

As an electrician, and automation technician I use this to take a quick pic of a revised print and send the markup back to the manufacturer.

CamScanner: http://market.android.com/details?id=com.intsig.camscanner

I also use the quite frequently for quick and easy conversions on the fly, when I can't remember the formulas off the top of my head.

ConvertPad - Unit Converter: http://market.android.com/details?id=com.mathpad.mobile.android.wt.unit

And this one I use to keep my phone on vibrate while at work (in case I forget), so I don't get embarassed by notifications going off while in meetings.

Convertpad is awesome. I use it all the time. Not just for work either. It's got every conversion I could ever need, and tons I wouldn't even know what to do with.

After reading yours, I looked up a VIN decoder :-)
