OD Phone keeps ringing even after answer

So I've got a weird one. It's only happened 2x but its rather annoying. I have the phone on vibrate only. Rooted and running Liquid but also happened on PE.

When the phone rings and I swipe to answer sometimes the phone keeps vibrating even after the phone call is connected so now I have the damn thing vibrating while I'm trying to hold a conversation on the phone.

Anyone ever hear of this issue?

Any solutions?

Were you able to fix this? I am having the same problem on liquid GB.

I have the same problem using GPA14, so I went to a back to a back up of Bugless Beast 6.2 (I think) and now I still have the problem.
