Odd icon ribbon at the bottom of my DROID.

Hi there,

I searched all over the internet trying to find this out, but this seems like a good place to ask a question! :)

Randomly, I will notice a ribbon of icons at the bottom of my phone. They will go away as soon as I notice it, as if I pressed something to cause it to bring up the row of icons. The icons look similar to the bottom row on my sisters samsung fascinate.. with contacts and phone for sure on the ribbon. It looks to be about 4 or 5 icons, but my guess is 4.

I have no idea what I am doing to get these icons, but I see them, and want to keep them there, cause the home screen looks much more modern with them. Any idea on what I am doing and how to keep it permanent?

I also do not have any applications installed to my knowledge that will change the home screen... like LauncherPro or Home++ (which I read about while searching for an answer on this!)

Thanks in advance and I wish I could explain it better, but it looks most similar to the icons at the bottom of this picture:

Thanks in advance! :)

Are you running Gingerbread? I believe the new Motoblur Gingerbread has a special icon dock like that for contacts that you slide up. In any case, try swiping up from the bottom of the screen. I'm not entirely sure, I don't run stock! =P
