OEM Charger

DROID11

Does anyone know where to find an OEM charger for this for cheap? Checked amazon and couldnt find any with the slightly modified micro USB. I know that regular micro works fine, but I prefer the OEM cause it fits perfectly and seems to charge faster. I left mine in a hotel this past weekend. I don't want to spend more than $10

Look for any charger that can output 2 Amps

The stock HTC charger is a one amp wall plug. Stick with that. As you know the cord is different. It's a mini or micro (not sure which) HDMI cable. Unless you're going to actually use that feature any quality four conductor micro USB cord will work and will charge the same. Make sure it's a data cord (four conductor) and not just a charging cord (two conductor) otherwise you wont be able to hook up to your computer. For cheap try Craigslist.

EDIT:
Found this on Ebay... http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-HTC-Wal...943269?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item27c0987c25

Keep in mind the pic they have is of a standard micro USB cord not the one that comes with the Rezound. If that concerns you I'd email them about it.

Here, this gets you the wall charger with a regular micro-usb connector for under $5 free shipping:

Amazon.com: OEM HTC USB Travel Charger Adapter U250 / CNR6300 / 79H00095-14M: Cell Phones & Accessories

Amazon.com: HTC AC Travel Charger Adapter for HTC ThunderBolt: Cell Phones & Accessories

http://www.amazon.com/HTC-CNR6300-T..._11?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1336394231&sr=1-11

I think this cable is better because you can use it on any android phone.

But, from your point of view, after buying this you just need the cable.

This appears from the picture to be the right cable for under $2 free shipping:

Even if it isn't the exact original Rezound cable, I'll probably buy one.

Regards,
Howard

P.S. Read the reviews because some sellers are trying to pass chinese knock-offs as genuine OEM made by HTC chargers.

I use the one for my Incredible because it fits the phone port better. I sometimes accidentally use my Kindle charger/cord (looks like the Inc cord and charger) and it works fine as well.
