Office 365 calandar won't sync to phone

So we just moved our company exchange system from exchange 2010 bpos to office 365. I set up my corperate email correctly on my phone and told it to sync but my calandrr is still blqnk. Email comes through fine.

Change your e-mail to sync (push) automatically and see if that fixes it.
