ok i might have muffed up my phone!

so i added a new ROM to my phone, didnt like it so deleted it ok. before i installed it i did a nandroid backup, k. and i went to revert back to that,
and now i dont have an android market app. so honestly cant go and try a diferent ROM using rom manager. this is all new to me so idk what i need to do to get this thing atleast back to were it was before i added a new ROM.

i cant get into the recovery menu, it opens with the triangle and ! and the phone. and i was using clockwork so idk. i feel like i just fukd up my phone

Nah. You're fine. Just download RSD lite v4.9 and grab frk76 sbf file from Peter Alfonso's website. We'll get you up and running.

Idk why your clockwork isn't sticking. Just one reason not to flash it with RM I suppose.

ok im downloading it now. but on the computer not my fone its stuck in bootloop, cant get in to turn on, i plug it into the computer and it makes the noise like it reads it but wont open my files.

That's fine. We're going to put it in boot loader mode anyway. No need for the main OS to work. Disconnect from the computer and pull your battery and put it back in. Then slide out your keyboard and (forgive if I don't rememeber the first time) hold d pad up and power. Continue holding d pad up until you see the M

Perfect. Now you have successfully downloaded and installed RSD and you have downloaded the sbf file? Make sure its the sbf file and not the ROM download. If you have all that, I'll walk you through it

I can't post the link to the actual file since it's against forum rules but go here: Sholes - Downloads

And scroll to "SBF files". It appears he doesn't have the FRK76 up so we'll just use the FRG83G (makes no difference really). Download that and let me know when you got it. This process will unroot you. If you're interested in getting root back, I'll help you with that as well. But for now, let's get your phone up and running. :)

What you need to do is make sure RSD is picking up your phone (if it's not already connected to your PC in boot loader mode, do so now). It should read something like "SE Flash" I believe. If that's the case, then you're going to click the "..." near the top middle of RSD and you'll navigate to the sbf file. All you do is click start and let it do it's thing.
