Is there any download mirror available? I tried downloading from Minus, but its so painfully slow (I'm on DSL) that even after an hour it showed 2 hours left.

I have tried flashing some EDIFY flashable fonts (xda-developers - View Single Post - 300 Flashable Font Packs - Change your system fonts the easy way!) using safe strap, but it is not working (I get an error during the safestrap install)

Any suggestions?

UPDATE: I installed "absolute system" from the market and installed a new font and it workd perfectly. Thank you!

quick question

very grateful for all the work everyone has put in, this rom is great i just wanna take off where it says maverick on the lock screen...is there a way to do this ? ...i just dont want everyone i show my phone to think im obsessed with Top gun lol...GOOOOOOOOOOOOSE...no but really great job, i have the rom loaded with the junk droid box and jr root tools...if theres something i can do to remove that ticker let me know

So, say if I had already had Maverick 1.0, I couldn't just do a dalvik cache wipe and install? I have done this mutiple times on my OG Droid with updates on custom ROMS and it worked perfectly. I want to upgrade to 1.1 because this ROM is so good but don't want to go through the hastle of redoing all of the stuff with apps and siging in.

You do not have to wipe anything at all i upgraded from 1.0 and no wipe and everything works perfectly fine

Yup wipe is not absolutely necessary but if you have issues that will be the first step to take.
