Ok what if its the same issue that ive had with the previous version? My front facing camera is still not working...

Is it not working in the camera app itself or another app. Just checked mine in the camera app, worked fine. Can't test gtalk yet....can't get a hold of the wife. lol

Update -- worked fine in gtalk as well.

Its not working in the camera app itself...and then once it does it, it wont let me use the camera for another app, it just gives me whatever the app puts on top(like a barcode scanner) and a black screen...

Last time it was fixed by just reflashing...

Yeah, I really like this font, but it's hella tough to determine if it's read/unread in gmail.

not so sure its the font. I switched it out for roboto and have the same issue -- unless they both have the issue

did you come from 1.0? and if so, did you wipe data/cache?

Yup wipe is not absolutely necessary but if you have issues that will be the first step to take.

Yes. I ended up wiping anyway just because I like things to work just right

Sorta. You will lose your apps (but that's what Titanium Backup is for) The contacts are backed up and restored by Google (if you have that enabled) and there are apps to backup your SMS.

All in all, it's a good thing to do. But I also understand it gets old restoring everything. ;-)

I love the look and feel of this rom but it's just not very fast. Monster rom is alot faster.

so Im on 1.1 now...added dlna for hdmi thats cool, but where did google music go? I no longer have 4.0.1 which was the beta version i was using, cant restore it from TB, and 2.3.4 is on there now...? PLUS when i try dl'ing 4.0.9 from the market it still tells me that the "package file is invalid"
My phone is my ipod guys i need this to work for snowboarding this weekend!

Ok, so you are technically able to upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1 WITHOUT wiping. It is generally considered a best practice to wipe anyway, just in case it confuses anything. I would recommend Titanium backup then a nandroid backup then just try without wiping first.

I meant..one says i will keep my settings/apps when NOT wiping and one says i will lose them, and need titanium etc. Which is it?
