Please don't "forget" about the following :happy3: (from easy fix to harder):

1) Could you include the UMTS fix for GSM users so I don't have to do it myself everytime: Wrong UMTS signal indication on XT862 [Fixed!!!] - xda-developers
2) Include speedy v7 script init.d mod: [SCRIPTS] Speedy v7 [UPDATED 11/24/2011] - xda-developers. Seems to work great. For user experiences with droid 3 specifically see: [DEV] INIT.D HACK - FOR Speed, Performance, and Battery Life! - xda-developers

3) Brightness toggle that works like stock toggle or switches between automatic and previously set value
4) Change vibrate/sound toggle in notification drop down to include no "sound AND vibrate" (like the stock toggle). I use this at night sometimes so it doesn't wake me. Now I'm forced to change it from lockscreen instead.

5) A way to edit the toggles (especially for portrait-mode!)- DJmod only adds all the toggles back, no way to delete/customize them at all. Looks good in landscape, but not in portrait
6) Addon menu (Mavrom toolbox) where you can enable/disable addons instead of the need to flash them everytime you install new version. (like libertyROM).

Anyway, what is the difference between the low/med/high memory settings? why would one choose low instead of high?

They are setting that control how a background apps are managed. As in how fast they are killed to free memory. you choose one based on how your usage is with how many apps you run at one time. The more aggressive it is, the sooner it will kill background apps starting with the oldest(started earliest) app first.

What? Why would you kill apps? Things load faster because they are in memory.. android already kills apps when its out of memory. A full memory =good

Thats what im trying to tell you, our setting allow apps to stay in memory longer so that when you are doing some and listening to music, the music isn't killed. We have 3 different ones, kind of like the v6. A multitasking, balances and aggressive. ALL of them are still less aggressing than stock.

Hey, i'm new to the DROID 3 and I flashed this rom yesterday and so far I really like it, I love everything about it, its great. But the only problem I have is that whenever I get a text I get it twice. I have the add on with sms, the sms that came on here with this rom and handcent and it does it in all 3 of them. Does anyone know why and can help me with this? Thanks!
