One click for D3 not working

Ive used it before and it worked fine, now im trying to root a factory phone 4.5.621 it keeps failing on step 2 and 3 says files are read only and wont push the apk etc. Ive tried in every usb mode all the same result. I cant figure out what the issue is. Any Ideas?

.621 is only rootable by flashing to a EU Milestone build.

Pretty sketchy in my book but it does work from what I've read.

I must have flashed my phone before then I guess. Its been rooted for awhile but I could have swore it was before that, Oh well.
