Even though Adobe has explicitly stated they were shutting down development of Flash Player for mobile devices, they recently indicated that there will be one more version developed for Android 4.0/ Ice Cream Sandwich. It's interesting to note, that the current version of Flash Player does not work with ICS, thus the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus will have to wait for a bit for that functionality. Luckily for those of us that like to use Flash based apps and games, Adobe is not leaving us out in the cold. In the future, it looks like mobile computing will have to completely rely on HTML5.
