The OnePlus One toolkit has been updated to work with many more Android devices. Many of the commands will work universally across devices with unlockable bootloaders. The developer "eudemonics" has not included a list of devices that are officially supported, but if your device has a bootloader that is unlockable you could always give this a try.
The toolkit will reboot phone to android/bootloader/recovery, wipe device, boot once into custom recovery without actually flashing it, install or uninstall an app, copy files between computer and device, backup and restore your device, root the device and or install zip in fastboot, unlock bootloader and or flash custom image, and run shell command on the device. This does require that you have the SDK installed. You will simply be running the command which will launch the toolkit. Head to the source link below for the downloads.
