Would it have anything to with Apple arbitrarily pulling apps? I think that would very disheartening as a dev.

well it seems like the Android platform, and the people who run it (Google) are more Dev friendly than Steve Jobs and crew...

I don't hate iphone users or demand that they recognize the android platform is better, but I do think that apple's longstanding decision to not play well with others will eventually catch up with them. I am quite happy with the apps I have and also that more are being offered every day. This is good news indeed.

Appleis just killing itself, altho it will always have a faithful following, new users will be attracted to more bells and whistles..

I'm not an apple fan by any means but my kids have Ipod Touches and I have to say the interface is shweeet and their app store has many more professional level apps, or at least that pertain to my and my wife's vocation, than the Droid.

The first thing I did when I got the Ipod's was jailbreak them and to think I'm afraid to root my droid.
