Ordering Rezound from Verizon online

Can I order Rezound from Verizon online and get a replacement form Verizon corp. store if something is wrong?

Yes, getting the phone online is the same as getting it in-store. I got mine from tigerdirect.com and have the same warranty and my upgrade I used made my x2 free, check them out they have a lot of free upgrades and accessories! !
