original weather app not refreshing

My current location isn't updating manually or automatically.. but my 2 other locations are updating just fine.. any idea what's wrong?

Just bumping this because I have the same issue on my brand-new Incredible, it's very frustrating.

i was having the same trouble. i think i checked the box at:
settings>accounts & sync>auto-sync
it might have also been the "background data" check box at the same location, i don't remember now but it fixed a lot of update issues i was having with receiving emails and google calendar events as well

i had turned it off to reduce the load on the battery and then forgot about it.
