OTA Froyo up with Root minus bloatware

Quick question.

I've rooted my phone and deleted the bloatware. Will I have any issues with the OTA update to Froyo?

If so, how do i get all the factory applications back? (i know how to unroot, but i don't even recall where i deleted all the applications from).

To answer your question, yes you will have issues with the files not being there.
