As long as you are 232 or lower you can fxz back to 902 or 905 droidmodderx.com has a link to 902 fxz without losing data click on bionic link and look on right side for it. Just make sure 232 or lower if you are 235+ you will brick your phone

Do a google search for "House of Bionic", there is a guide that will give you all you need, and it is a simply just go through the steps, his program practically holds your hand while you do this, also ICS should be out within the month.
