So i broke my belt clip on my otterbox defender yesterday, just called otterbox customer service, and asked if i could just buy the holster part, she said i had a one year warranty, and she would be happy to send me out 2 new holsters, so i would have a spare, wow!, great service, my next upgrade i will be sure to buy from them again.this was for my razr
 
I totally agree..best customer service..best product!!!
