I have an HTC One and well I have only had it for 16 days and the micro usb is already loose and I have to mess with it for it to start charging. I was thinking the flap that covers the HTC charging port made it become loose. If I were to claim warranty with Otterbox for ruining port how would they pay for this? Also I have warranty with Verizon but I shouldn't have them give me a device since it was ruined by the otterbox case. Has anyone done a warranty claim with them??
