Outlook integration

Despite what other posts claim - X integrates completely with Outlook mail and calendar / and the setup is snap (easier than my Ipad). I have 2 questions/issues hoping someone might resolve...
1. Has anyone found a way to get outlook (enterprise) tasks on the X (ie; not using companionlink to the PC but rather, sync back into the enterprise server - much like calendar and mail).
2. When I have a calendar item setup on my PC, I cannot edit it on the X. I can only edit calendar items on the X if they were created on the X.

I think what a lot of posts are talking about is integration to Outlook (not exchange) which BB's, Palms, and others would sync with using activesync or the desktop manager.
