Overclock Kernel with Original 340

I have a rooted 340 Droid X. I installed Droid X Overclock program from market, but that only allows overlclocking to 1 Ghz. Is there a way to make that go faster?

I have the original 340 rom. I am rooted and so how do I overclock above 1 GHz?

2 options, Droid overclock or D2/ DX overclock. Both found in the market. Droid overclock goes to 1.3ghz and I don't know the max on D2/DX.
