Paid donation no response from team defuse

I very recently made donationto team diffuse for.Fission Rom Manager and after encountering a problem downloading FRM I attempted several times to.contact them via [email protected] ..What I got instead of assistance was repeated rejected email notices and finally a.message from google that the recipient had blacklisted me from their server!! All I know is they have my money and I got nothing in return..I will.contact my bank to refute the.charge and they will seek legal.action against them. Glen whatever your name , ur a bogus jerk!

Team DeFuse has handled themselves in a professional manner and I would like to be honest with you I know Angdroid was away for a bit. Iwould give them a chance before seeking legal action and adding frustrations to your life. I understand money is money and it doesn't come easy but I believe the team is going through some transitions and I personally want to see them going again. I run fussion on my droid x and couldn't be happier. What sort of issues were you having? Maybe someone here on the forum can help.

so you donate money then want it back? i'm pretty sure thats not how donations work. thats like donating to a charity then if they dont do something for you, you get mad and ask for the money back. (yes i know its not a charity but a donation is a donation)

Takes just as long to send a short reply as it does to blacklist someone.

Did you bother to read the OP?

They were unable to download the Rom Manager and got No Assistance in the matter.

So the OP is in his right to request a refund after they donated and could not download the Rom Manager which the donation was for.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the personal insult at the end of my OP. I do not know for sure what is going on but it is obviously some kind of incompetency somewhere with the people I am dealing with (maybe not that person but his name IS connected to that email address).. Its funny, I've received so much feedback from my OP. Some helpful and constructive and some malicious and in a defensive tone. But yet no answer from defuse (I did send AngDroid a pm 2 days ago) or what I really need from them is an email with a new link/ password to.download FRM (seems simple enough)...

I am not going to let this get blown up here. I have a legitimate beef and I am being patient. I was not abusing anyone at defuse to warrant their ignoring my simple issue and the idea of that is really stretching to find an excuse for THEIR neglect..
If they are away or busy it still doesn't make it ok for them to continue to accept$ and not be responsible for what they provide in a" service"..after all isn't that what attracts the donations to begin with?

I am not going to dispute the charge to my acct as this is too much trouble for me (bank cancels my card and issues me a new one and as far as legal...the bank does that on their own because they have to make good on the$ )

I will continue to wait...I enjoy running a rooted Droid and I have had for over a year (my OG just recently got replaced thru insurance with D2G)...NEVER had a problem like this...I guess the D2G doesn't have that many good devs interested in it and this could be a problem for me. Maybe I will return it for a D2...hmmm, this could get interesting

Just note that they haven't been doing much dev on this rom the last month or so. If Angdroid was around he'd hook you up. I think most of us here in this forum had a good experience with Team Defuse. They're not some huge business of bad guys rolling in cash. It's some individuals doing difficult work in their spare time for almost nothing.

The e-mail address that Team Defuse uses for their PayPal donations appears to be [email protected], with an "s" at the end of "donations". Writing to a non-existent e-mail address could be one of the reasons you never got a response!
