Here's a radical idea. When one encounters problems with an app, try the following before starting a thread entitled "Application X Fails"

1) Turn off your phone.

2) Turn on your phone.

3) Try the app. If the problem persists, go to 4.

4) Pull the battery and start your phone

5) Try the app. If the problem persists, go to 6.

6) Uninstall the app.

7) Reinstall the app.

8) Try the app. If the problem persists, go to 9.

9) Post a comment on this forum detailing the problems you're having.

Yeah the pandora app is a bit buggy sometimes. I've noticed that if I listen to it for a while then pause it and exit back to the home screen, it will force close in the background if I get a phone call. Any other problems have been solved by backing out of the program and then re-entering it.

nope, have you tried to run it from your computer, or roku?

How would running it from his computer help solve the issue of it closing on his phone?

I was just thinking he could at least verify account was working.
