Paranoid Android

I am running the rom and I really like it. No major issues so far been running it for 12+ hours.

Has anyone tried this ROM? ParanoidAndroid ROM for the Galaxy Nexus – Finding Middle Ground Between Tablet and Phone Ice Cream Sandwich Layouts – Droid Life
I am not new to flashing ROMS (d1) but following the instructions posted here I get stuck at the splash screen. I have let the phone sit for 10 minutes and did a battery pull with no dice. I want to avoid doing a full wipe so I dont have to set everything back up. I have already made a CWR backup.

Any suggestions?

If you coming from stock or another rom you MUST do a full wipe. Please follow instructions laid out by the dev including installing the fix and the custom gapps. Use titanium backup to save app data and never ever restore system data from tibu.

Ahh...I don't remember the instructions saying full wipe; Maybe I am just off my game. :icon_eek: If I don't end up liking the ROM I can just restore from a backup; no harm, no foul.

I flashed the fix and gapps, then wiped both caches. Ill try a full wipe when I get home from work. Thanks! :)
