Password Management

I would like to get an app that will manage my passwords. Security is of course a major concern as is efficacy. I have too many passwords now. I would like an app that will manage passwords, that I can have available always, that will sync all my devices. What are some the apps I should look at. Preferably free.

Here are some decent options, when I asked a similar question late last year. Personally, I went with KeePass, and I sync the file with my DropBox.
