Password Manager Recommendation

I agree. Drop the keepass data file into the dropbox and have your passwords available from your PC, your phone, or any computer with internet service. KeePass and Dropbox are indispensable in my opinion.

Do you have to have dropbox to sync Keepass from your laptop to your Droid HTC Incredible

I just import a spreadsheet file to the data folder. My phone is protected with an elaborate gestural password.
