Are you making use of the lock/unlock pattern?

If so, how has it been working for you? Is it harder to get quick access to your Droid? Do you miss the quick mute slide?

Weigh-in!

I like the pattern, I made mine simple enough to use my thumb. easy one hand operation. Its nice to have a lock imo

Nope, not using it at all.

I did the first night until my daughter locked me out of the phone.....lol

I use mine. the quick slide enables snoopsters to pick up the phone and snoop with a quick slide. with the pattern it's not soo easy.

i like it. it's good enough for what i need it for.

my phone is never out of my pocket/hands etc so I dont need either honestly.

I like the idea of the pattern lock. Seems like some of you find it to be a practical implementation.

Maybe I'll give it a go.

I use it.. mainly for entertainment purposes than actual security.

It is simple enough to be entered fast with 1 hand and dynamic enough that it cannot be entered by accident.

I have a pattern set because MobileDefense requires you to set it. They don't require you to use it- you can disable it from their website once it's set- but I figure that the extra security doesn't cost anything and might help in some circumstances.

I use it all the time, as I have client information on my phone. Between the lock and my Swype keyboard, I'm not worried about someone trying to "read" my lock combo... my whole screen is constantly covered in swipe marks! :)

I use the pattern to prevent butt dials. I've used it since day 1 and love that feature.

Thanks for the info!

I'll be trying it tonight!!

Using it. Nice. It seems to be just one more layer of security, if I ever needed it.

Most of you staying with 4 nodes, or have you gone crazy with your patterns?

My droid never leaves my pocket/hand, and I have never left a phone anywhere.. No need for me. In fact, I use MyLock to bypass the lock screen entirely.
