Paypal has updated their Android app bringing it to version 4.0.0.1. The update brings a complete overhaul of the app's user interface. The changes are meant to help the app focus on what users value most such as sending money, requesting money, and account management. The update also brings tweaks to "local" functionality and PayPal's "Pay Here" service which allows users and businesses to exchange funds using location based check-ins.
