Pdanet 3.25

I've seen it on a friend's phone. But I'm still on 3.02. I cannot find a newer version on the site, or the market.

They were using a droid x, I'm on a bionic.

PdaNet 3.25 apk

Version 3.25 is available from Download PdaNet as part of the download for your computer. Install PdaNet 3.25 to your computer and it will install version 3.25 to your phone. In my case the Windows installer didn't install the apk to my phone, but the apk is stored under C:\Program Files\PdaNet for Android\PdaNet.apk so i just transfered it to my phone sd card and installed it from there.

I love PdaNet. This version wasn't posted when I had the original link. Now it is and let me tell you, this is the holy grail of tethering for non-rooted select android phone users. I just updated my version from 3.02 to 3.25. Thanks for the update.

why use pdanet?...with the hotspot hack 1 click you have tether.. no turning pdanet on comp ... plus use it like how the phone was ment to be used..i find pda slow for internet use. i know ppl dont want to brick there phone by rooting it. but theres programs out there like foreverroot that puts it back to stock. rooting is the way to go. trust me root it and use the hotspot thats built into the phone, you will love it. im not grandfathered in for unlimited use i have the 4g plan. been using the hotspot hack since it came out. no extra charges ive seen on bill. just had to put my 1.5 cents in.

I have an un-rooted Bionic and PdaNet 3.50, but don't have Bluetooth in my HP Compaq DC MT5100, with XP SP3, fully patched. At times, at home, with 4 bars signal, 4G indicator active, I get really slow response times, or timeouts loading pages in Firefox 12.0..........I have checked all the Network Connection settings (what few there are on this connection, all looks well there. What utility might there be that can analyze, then optimize the MTU, buffer, window size, etc., to ensure there are no bottlenecks there?

Sometimes, it seems fine, others not. My gf and I like to search and play a very wide assortment of artists & genres of music videos from YouTube, and sometimes we can't get it to do squat, other times it is just fine. There seems to be no rhyme nor reason for the glitches or slow connection.

Any suggestions (besides bluetooth) or troubleshooting ideas?

TIA
