PDANet Username/Password for Bluetooth DUN

What is the username and password information that you use when you connect to PDANet using bluetooth DUN? I entered my phone number where it asks for the phone number. could someone give me the right info to set it up. Thanks.

User Name is: yourphonenumber@vzw3g
Password is: vzw

(replace yourphonenumber with your actual cell phone number)
