Have you tried pressing and holding volume down, and power for about 20 seconds until the phone ****s off? Try this and see if it helps. It should

If not you will probably need to do a factory data reset, go into system settings, privacy, factory data reset.

Hopefully you won't have to....

Welcome to the forum!

You have been having this problem from day one with your phone? Did you get a brand new one or get one of Craigslist or something of the like?

Have you tried a hard reset? With the phone on, hold the volume down button and power button for 10 seconds and it will reboot. Are you using any after market phone APPS or everything stock? Are you on ICS or Gingerbread OS?

Lol it took a sceen shot i didn know my phone does that but i dont think it need to reset it. To every one else i sond like im in a tunnel i have a yell or hold my phone a sernt way its agrevating bc i get in fights with my dad and boy friend over it-_-

Glad you got it working, yeah if you press volume down first and then press the power button it should take a screen shot for future reference. If you press them at the same time then yeah you will get a screen shot taken before the reboot. Let us know if you have any more troubles.

Also.. if it happens again, you can do the reboot again... or if you get adventurous you can do a factory data reset.. it should clear up your issue

s3 Mic fix

* * check Ur SIM card , mine was cut to size wrong and was not sitting in the slot correctly , shave half a millimetre of the side and presto , my Mic works perfectly
