Permission screens missing from 1.5?

Had anybody successfully gotten the permission screens to appear? I'm talking about the ones needed to sync Google Books and GReader. I get the notification in my notification bar but clicking on them brings up nothing.

Nevermind. A few reboots got the screen for me.
