persistent beep for missed calls or text

I've recently replaced my Motorola E815 with the Motorola Droid. I miss a nice feature that the E815 has. Whenever the E815 would receive an unanswered text or if the call was missed it would continue to beep just once every few minutes (or vibrate depending upon the setting). This was great since I might leave the phone on my desk unattended for a while, but when I got near my phone I'd here an occasional beep alerting me that someone recently called or rent me a text me.

Does the Droid have a similar feature?

There's an app in the Market called "Missed Call". It will give you the options you're looking for
