Phone audio outside of calls cant be streamed?

Hey, i bought a voyager pro.
I have a bluetooth hookup in my truck, and obv a headset.
My phone ONLY does calls, my stereo can do both calls and music/misc.

Is there some sort of app or update that could help me?
