Will the magnets in some phone case interfer with the phone or does it doing anything to mess up ur phone.

If it is a well designed case then it shouldn't matter. However if it was poorly designed and the magnets are in the wrong place then it may make the phone think it is in the car dock.

I see that now but I got docknothingness and it disables the car dock..
