I just got the Droid X last week and put the new GB w/root on it. It will not charge with USB and outlet adapter. It will charge USB to computer. I thought it was a bad wall adapter so I got a new wall charger from Verizon. When I plug it in with the wall charger the bootstrapper comes up with without even pushing camera, volume down ect... any ideas?
