phone doesn't like calls sometimes

So occasionaly my phone likes to either not receive calls or when i call some one theres no dial tone and it seems as if they never answer. the times theres no dial tone, people claim they can hear me but i can't hear them. usually the two problems happen together and to fix it i have to do a hard reset.

now occasionally during calls people can't hear me and i hear them, but i dont think thats related to this.

its just a pain in the ass when im expecting a call and it never happens...

I plug and unplug my headphones a few times in order to keep this from happening..

Now that I think about it, it always happens after using the headphone jack.
