Phone force close

I'm on Bamf 3.0 rc4 and every time I try to dial or get a call, it force closes and the signal is lost like radio turned off. No data or cell signal...any help?

UPDATE: it only happens with certain contacts. I was able to dial out a number that is not in my contacts.
