Phone Issues

I am running Liberty 3v2.
My phone does not ring all the time when I receive calls. More often not than when it does ring.
Anyone have any suggestions? I have tried to figure this out, but I am at a loss.

I have noticed that when the screen pops up for the phone a message pops up saying the dsp manager force closed.
Does this give anyone a clue?

I've been having the same problem on the stock ROM. Texts are acting up a well
