Phone just stated lighting screen on all notifications?

I'm not sure what's going on with my S7, but as of the last couple of weeks some weird things have been going on. One of them is now all my notifications are waking up my screen. Whether it's locked or unlocked. Does anyone else have the same thing going on with their S7's? I have an S7 edge, and Facebook notifications, GMAIL, Instagram, are all now waking up my screen. I can't see where I can turn that off any more in settings. Any ideas?

I downloaded an LED light manager app. I've uninstalled that, and also disabled the prevent screen from turning on in dark places option. I've been reading that with that on it might throw off the screen. See what happens...

Probably caused by the notification app..
