Phone keeps booting into Clockwork

Every time I turn my phone on it boots into Clockwork Recovery.. I was running rubiX Focused 1.8.6 but I restored a nandroid of Stock Rooted 2.2


I'm planning on going over to the latest version of Fission, will flashing that fix this problem?

Went ahead and installed Fission thinking that clearing the cache/data/doing a factory reset would fix it..

Fission installed correctly but it still does this..

This might sound backwards, but try this:

Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to have worked
