Phone reads everything out loud

I woke up this morning and now my Bionic reads EVERYTHING out loud. Every time there are words, it'll read it out loud for me. It's annoying and I just want it to stop but I have no idea how to do that

No its already off, should I just do a FDR and see what happens?

Have you just re started the phone.
Sometimes that takes care of a lot of wird things like this.
we forget these phones now days are computer and need to be rebooted once in a while.

Try setting it to talk, and then setting it not to. I have seen cases where just toggling the state clears these kinds of issues

I did an FDR and it seemed to fix the problem! Thanks guys for your help
