I turned my phone off and upon trying to turn it back on I found the screen is completely black. I can still adjust the volume and hear it, but I can't do much else with the screen black. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this problem, and if not then if I could get step by step instructions to doing a factory reset without having to view the screen?
