Phone shuts off if its not pulged in

Hey now my phones got a full battery but if I go to take it off the charger it shuts off. I've tried taking the battery out but still doesn't turn back on unless I plug it back into the charger. If anyone could help me that'd be great because I need my phone for work I drive the work truck and have to stay in contact with the people at work

You need to take it back b4 the 14 day period for an exchange
