Phone wont boot up after dying, displaying weird text!

My phone drained its battery all the way and so I plugged it in to charge.

The screen booted up, and is displaying some weird messages.
All black screen with this text showing up:

Bootloader
30.04




Battery low
Cannot program

What does this mean, and what's wrong with my phone?

It sounds like your phone needs to be SBF'd back to stock. Have you done any rooting or tried to install a custom ROM on it?

No, never did any hacking, stock, besides downloading and using a different launcher from the market.

Keep it plugged in and on and see if anything boots up. After an hour or so try turning off and on and see if that works.

Try doing a hard reset. I think it's power and volume down button.

Problem fixed!
Just left it charging overnight, woke up next day, fully charged and working.
