Phone won't boot up.

Alright so me being the noob that I am ( just rooted my phone today ) Tried to install a boot loader through recovery & it obviously did not work. I pulled the battery and tried to start up my phone but yet it still doesn't want to boot up. It says at the screen with the Motorola logo and doesn't move. I've preformed a restore but it still does the same thing... Any help anyone? =\
