phone wont charge

I put my phone on the charger every night. When I woke up this morning, The battery icon shows its charging but it is just at 20% battery life. I have the phone off and plugged in, and now the big battery shows 10%.

What is going on?

Wierd..after it being off for some time, it has moved to 15%

Are you using the MOtorola wall charger or USB? If USB, try the wall charger.
