Phone won't sleep.

Hi. Friday I noticed my phone would not go to sleep from the lockscreen. If I press the power button, it goes dark for a few seconds (2 or 3) then lights back up. When it is plugged into the charger, it will go to sllep just fine. I have installed several ROMs over the weekend (doing complete wipes each time) and it functions the same acroos ROMS. I have reinstalled the apps using TBU, then wondering if it was a rogue app, I allowed auto restore...but it still has the same issue. last week I installed TBH 4.0.4 radio update, but I think it slept fine immediately after that. I also have unistalled any apps that might be a culprit, same with live wallpapers. I am really stuck on this and any help would be appreciated. My battery is going fast.......
